I am 60
Running up to my birthday I was overweight had just had a knee reconstruction surgery and feeling decidedly unfit and looking very much my age, so I decided it was now or never.
I have had this app for ages, probably 2-3 years playing around with it, then I changed to an app with a coach and started moving in the right direction but it was really expensive, however I think I learnt a lot so I have ditched the other one and have decided to get serious here. This is my second day. I like the idea of logging as it keeps me accountable and from what I learnt from the coach, I feel more confident logging and eating better choices. Yesterday I had about 260calirird left so I treated myself to a mini dark chocolate Easter egg and was still under by about 82. It was so good to see my progress through the day so I could monitor what I was doing and adjust as needed
