I decided to join MyFitnessPal because I thought it could be a good idea to think about my fitness seriously again. I have been working out, but nowhere as seriously as I used to. I have gained a little weight owing to the fact. Umm, I think anti-anxiety living is a beautiful thought, and being intentional about life is a beautiful thing. I have been very focused on things like maintaining my daily routine and taking care of my health and mental wellness. I think, though, that being 'fit and fine' like I used to in the past was the result of actually 'pushing oneself' and when one is trying to not betray one's comfort level, they will obs never think of crossing that line. When a woman is young, and in her chewing gum adolescent stage she will crash diet and over exercise and be skinny and soft. But maybe the fact that at a heavier weight one can sustain 40 minutes of jump rope is a funny but powerful thing about the female body. Its funny but science has proven that while men have muscle women have it too. But its only for flight, and to protect their young. But that doesnt mean they dont have it!!!
