This is Day 6 of my Fitness Journey. I joined a challenge team (lose 5% in 8 weeks) and have been journalling my food intake.
This morning I tried out two different online % Body Fat calculators. Aack. Here is what the Navy calculator found:
I want to be kind to myself…at the same time this is eye opening if accuarate. I am going to check the MFP blogs to see if there are any articles helping me process the information I gathered.
Journaling every bite lick and taste definitely makes a huge difference especially if you carefully measure your food and confirm correct calories using AI. It definitely helped me lose over 70 pounds since October.
