I've been panicking about my exams, but not enough to actually do anything about it and that's resulting into a massive calorie surplus at times. Any advice?
Sounds like you need to work on getting your life in order. Unfortunately, nobody can force you to study and nobody can force you not to binge to avoid studying. It's something you have to decide and take action for yourself.
If your school has a counseling service, schedule an appointment. Be honest with them.
Eat maintenance calories during exams. Focus on the controllables, and don’t add extraneous stress. If it helps, don’t keep binge-able food around.
