since the new layout I can’t see how to copy and paste workouts to different days.
I like to be able to track my cheat days and then work to burn them back off through out the week but I don’t want to add all my workouts manually

I don't know what you're trying to do, but e.g. with my lifting I just add the session time for the lifting option each day as needed. I track the actual workouts using the free app FitNotes, and there are many similar options for doing that.
