I’m new to MFP and after using Fresh TrI for a week, I realized I need to do specific tracking, like when I had the Pulse app, for best accountability. My best success back then started with a full change in diet, going back to a vegetarian lifestyle, since my health was much better, which is the key goal for me, because I am also a caregiver to my spouse who has cancer. I am also attempting a shift to a creative career, and utilize my Buddhism practice to live life with much more authenticity.
