Day 0 - The Wrath Begins
Sing, O Muse, of the rage of Achilles, no longer at Agamemnon, but at a pull-up bar that has personally wronged me.
Nine years I sat outside the walls of Troy. Turns out that was just cardio deficit. So: new season, new siege. Twelve weeks. One kettlebell (heavier than my pride, lighter than my ego). No barbell, no cable machine, no Patroclus to do the reps for me while I sulk in my tent.
The prophecy is clear: earn the gym before the gym is required. Bodyweight first. Rings. Tempo. Pauses. The stuff heroes skip because it isn’t glamorous, which is exactly why it works.
Tomorrow the sun rises, and so do I (slowly feekin’ mobility work first, even demigods have tight hips at 48).
Following along daily. Hold me to it.

(Heel status: fine. Everything else: also fine, ask me again in Week 3.)
