This is for making friends and whatever else should be added.
Just finished dinner. Bored and need a distraction so I don't head back to the fridge
How's everyone's progress coming? Hopefully on track with minimal setbacks. I'm trying to keep up with lifting in spite of a rotator cuff issue and recovery from golfers elbow.
Just trying to AT LEAST enter every bit I eat or drink plus any exercise. Going free (from documentation) seems dangerous. Plus trying to weigh every a.m.
I like the username.
Does it mean fighting on behalf of chickens?
Or having a fight against four chickens? š¤
That's my problem. Fridge or pantry.
When you go to the fridge, do you go there for something particular? Or is it to see what is waiting to be consumed? that last one is me š anything I shouldn't have or ive had enough of already.
One day at a time. I'm having a step challenge with myself hoping to up my game.
I'll be interested how you go. You might find yourself listening more to your body than religiously going with ridged rules
Oh that's cool! How is that going so far? Little challenges like that are great ways to make progress gradually.
I have improved since the beginning of the challenge. The work days I am out on the road or on the computer, I find the hardest to maintain the step count. I try and make up for it the next day.
So you play a little golf do you?
That's good! I hear you, getting enough steps on work days like that can be tricky. I always take the stairs instead of elevators to get in more steps.
I used to play a little a while back, but I'm more into weightlifting and bicycling. The golfers elbow most likely occurred from a lot of guitar playing, hehe.
Great idea with choosing the stairs, it'd be a nice muscle work too.
It never occurred to me that you would get golfers elbow with playing guitar. You must play it alot!..
Yeah, I think it's the grip I use and how my wrist is flexed. When I played high on the neck, I would grip too strongly, and over time, that likely messed up the tendons up on the elbow. So aggravating, hehe.
Iād love to join the conversation but I always get myself in trouble so tend to keep myself to myself these days š¤·š»āāļøš„“
Oh. I hope there's effective recovery plan in place so your not put out for too long.
Do you play guitar for work or is it a hobby?
Welcome!,..
How are you doing?
Hey, it's been a while! How are training and everything going?
Thanks, it's getting better after over a year, but it has taken so long. I still avoid several exercises I used to rely on for bulking (pull ups, preacher curls, chest flys, lat pull down).
I play guitar as a hobby, and it's my favorite one, hehe. I record and produce my music, so I try to stay consistent with playing.
