entering exercise

hi guys,
new to the whole MFP thing, yesterday i did one hour of guerilla training ( which is a bit like cavceman trianing but you do it for one hour) and i did level one of the 30 day shred, any ideas how to enter them into MFP?

    Normally they fall under the title of "circuit training" or "calisthenics". They usually give you (me) equivalent calorie counts.

    If you want to do all you can on MFP to succeed, post some goals, post some pictures, make some friends, get involved!
