Late night / healthy snacks

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with UC in June so I'm still in adjustment period. One of the most difficult parts of losing weight for me is late night snacking. Most people say to grab a piece of fruit or veggies but with the UC I need everything cooked. Does anyone have ideas for healthy and easy snacks? I can't really be cooking things at 11pm. Thanks!

    Bananas are always a great, nutritious snack that don't aggravate the colon (for me, at least).
    Greek yogurt is good- get beneficial probiotics AND much needed protein with that.
    Whole grain crackers work too.
