I was going to post the black bean, chicken, salsa recipe but see someone beat me to it. My version is somewhat simpler...
one can low sodium black beans, drained, boneless skinless chicken breasts, and peach mango salsa. I put a little water on the bottom of crock pot, add the black beans, put chicken on top of beans and top with a jar of peach salsa. cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.0 -
