How do you stay motivated when the scale shows no results??

I remember that if I don't stay motivated, I will see results but not the ones I want. The scale could go up instead of down. Staying the same is better than gaining.0

my weight has stayed the same for 8 weeks, with only minor change to measurements, however, my 5k time has dropped to 26:01 and my BP is well into the normal range. The NSVs keep me going and I'm sure the scale will start to move again soon0
