Hey, I am almost 73 years old and one pound to go to my goal weight. Lost it very very slow. Is it to late for me to tighten up any of my skin on my arms legs and belly that will work for someone my age or do I just have to live with it. I kind of look like a raisen in a bathing suit. I do not want plastic surgery. Any one else out there around my age who has had any success. I only lost 25 lbs but am 5' 1". I have been walking one hour a day for the past 2 and a half months. Thanks Anyway, what works best?

Unfortunately this is the problem with aging and skin. The older we get the less elasticity we have in our skin.
Collagen is what makes the skin firm, tight, and supple. Collagen is lost during the aging process.
The only way that I can think of that is non surgical would be a herbal remedy call slicea gel.
You can get it from and herbal/vitamin store. It is kind of pricy but appearantly it is suppose to build up collagen and make the skin more firm and youthfil. Make sure if you get it that it is the brand Hubner.
They are very reputable and have very good reviews. I have tried this stuff myself for hair and it had made my hair grow really fast and long and thick. It is supposed to be very good for your internal self as well. This is a must use product. I would take it with a glass of water. It tastes gritty but hold your breath when you gulp it or taste it. The water will take it right to your blood stream. This stuff even works for cellulite, but you have to keep taking it. Daily. It will take about three months to see anything.
I do not know the severity of the sagging skin that you have, but this might help as non surgical. Also strength training with dumbells are very good for tightening, but lift heavy. Trust me. I am 30 years old and I look like 18. I know what I am talking about, and nowhere in my body is sagging, no chest, or arms, or anything. I look 18 and have an 18 year old body. So try this stuff it is worth it. It is worth it to take care of your insides as well as outsides. GOOD LUCK!0
