Calorie Goals?

Hi Everybody!
I guess I'm just curious what your calorie goals are. Mine is 1,230 and my goal is to lose weight. Anyone else?

    1800 plus exercise cals to lose body fat.

    Average 1827, goal is fat loss and maintaining lean body mass.

    1,550 plus exercise calories; goal is straight weight loss with a couple of small side goals (increasing my cardio endurance by 10mins per week, being able to do at least 5 deadlifts, etc.).

    1600. I have 15 lbs to lose.
  • I eat ~1600-2200 calories a day after accounting for exercise calories.

    I'm in maintenance and don't track calories right now but I mine is somewhere in the 1,800 range, according to the TDEE scooby calculator.

    1600 calories and then if i exercise i will eat over that, maybe 1/2 the exercise calories. Today i burned 1103 calories, so i ate about 2200. I have about 5 lbs to lose.
