Anywhere! Target, Walmart, any place like that.0

And do you guys just use the scale to measure how many ounces of meat you're eating, or other stuff as well?0

I measure almost everything, just got mine off amazon for pretty cheap. It's a lot of fun to use lol0

I have a digital scale and weigh most everything. My scale measures ounces and grams and I've been weighing using grams because I'm told it's more accurate.
For example, rather than count out xx number of popchips, I use the scale and weigh 28 grams (just as an example).
Mine is from weight watchers from several years ago..........but you can get them most anywhere. I'm positive Amazon would have them........or any kitchen store near you.0 -
Just bought one from Amazon for about 15$. Was delivered yesterday and for once in my life I understand how much an ounce of cheese really is (like half of what I would have eyeballed!)0

We probably have the same scale lol0 -
I have a Starfrit one from Walmart. Paid $10 for it and it works great. I used to weigh everything when I started out. Amazing how little a portion of a lot of things are if you use the information off the packaging. Pasta, cheese and cold cereals were my big eye openers.0

You can get a digital scale almost anywhere! Supermarkets, eBay, Amazon, pretty much every online store that does small home electricals.
Get a scale that's digital, has a TARE function and you can put a plate on. Set it to grams NOT ounces. Why?
- The TARE function sets the scale to zero when something is already on it.
- Scales that have a removable bowl enable you to put your dinner plate on them and press TARE when adding something to your plate.
- Set to grams because they are a smaller denomination of weight than an ounce and therefore more accurate.
So when I'm dishing out dinner I put my plate on the scales and press TARE. Then add the first item of food to get the weight, note it down, then TARE, add the second, then TARE. etc etc... even down to a teaspoon of mustard!0 -

I just got this one, and it is fantastic. Highly recommend it.0 -
I also just got one from Walmart & I love it. I always hated trying to read food labels which had the weight measurement under serving + "1/4 of box" or something like that. Also, something like ice cream that can be packed down into a cup very easily is a reason I got a scale. You won't be disappointed if you take time to weigh out portion sizes...good luck!0

I have a digital scale. I weigh everything that I can.0

I measure everything...for instance, the snack I just had was Trader Joe's mini edamame crackers and artichoke antipasto. I measured to make sure I wasn't taking more than 2 TBSP of the antipasto, and I weighed out the crackers as well (even though the description says "about 36.")0
