could use some help please :)

Hi guys,

So back in August my aunt and I started a little competition. I had to lose 15 pounds and she had to lose 30 pounds by Thanksgiving. My aunt is crushing me and has already lost 15 and I've lost maybe 2 pounds. I know now I don't have a shot at 15 in 6.5 weeks, but I would like to lose 5-10 if possible by Thanksgiving. My overall goal is to lose 20 pounds and I would love to do that by December 14th if possible!

I've been logging my food on the app and everyday I've been under my calorie limit by around 20 calories and I've been running 2 miles at least 3 times a week. Should i be running more?

Any tips on things to do in addition to these things because it obviously isn't working too well! I would love to add more people as friends for motivation as well.

    My suggestion is: Try to be healthy for your own sake not for a competition.

    Find your TDEE and eat at your TDEE-20%

    If you wish to continue running, find how many calories you are burning with the running ( I advise to use a Heart Rate Monitor). Eat back most of your burned exercise calories.

    Measure and weigh all of your food intake. Do not eyeball. You may be eating more calories than you think.
