High Fat-High Protein Smoothie/Shakes
My friend is going to let me borrow her VitaMix this weekend and I was hoping to make some smoothies that could help me reach my macros but the recipes I've found tend to be pretty high on the fruity side and not much fat.
I'll have access to vanilla protein powder, coconut oil, fruits and veggies and would like the macros to be around 350 calories - 30 g of protein, 10 g of fat and some fiber would be an added bonus.
Any favorites people would like to recommend?

My favorite is peanut-butter chocolate:
1 cup almond milk (or you can use water)
1 small banana or 1/2 large
1 scoop protein
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
ice
345cals, 48g carbs, 17g fat, 32g protein, 19g fiber, 393mg sodium
good luck!!0 -

Pretty much adding any nut butter into your smoothie is going to add lots of healthy fats.0

Throw half to a whole avocado in with protein powder, almond milk, banana and spinach. If you also add Chia or Flax seed it will add fiber and omega 3's.0

My absolute fave is half a sliced frozen banana, 6 ice cubes, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and a cup of chocolate almond milk. Tastes like a chocolate shake. Perfect carb to protein ratio for run recovery. Banana has to be frozen, that's the key.0
