Day 1 of a 4 day weekend for my son's school and I'm feeling a little better already. My son entertained my lil girl this morning and I got the longest sleep in weeks. Plus, no need to leave the house for school pickup and get hot/cold/hot/cold, so there is hope for kicking this cold. Still have a bad cough and runny nose, but feeling slightly more energized. I am so looking forward to getting back into it all.
I hope everyone is staying active and getting the rest you need. TGIF!0 -
TGIF DWOP!
Got TUFFer Phase 1 week 4 DONE! For the majority of the exercises I went lower reps/high weights. I feel good about my overall progress in strength for this routine. Now, time to get things ready for TUFFer Phase 2 which starts for me on Monday.
Sherry, have a great weekend and rest, rest, rest.0 -
Pamela, it sounds like you finished on a high for phase 1. Well done.
Today was the finish of phase 1 of TUFFer, then on to treadmill walking and some on the spot side to side movement.
I hope everyone has a great weekend.0 -
Good Job everyone! This morning I ran 3.1 miles / 5K and did a bicep and forearm workout and burned a total of 843 Calories. After work tonight IE Saturday morning I plan on just running my normal 3.1 miles / 5K no workout today. This week I've done pretty well after this morning I ran 15.5 miles and worked out 5 times this week. Sunday is my rest day then right back to it on Monday morning after work.0

Good job, Donna!
Tim, good to hear that you got in 15.5 miles! Sundays are my "official" rest days as well. Keep up the great job.0 -
Welcome Tim! That's just what I need to hear: setting goals and meeting them. Way to go!! Makes me really want to get out and run! As soon as I beat this cough, I'll be lacing up and heading out. Looking forward to hearing of your continued progress. Thanks for joining us.
