    I just like being a dad...most of the time. :tongue: Have four kids who keep me moving. These days, they meet me at our door after work with a basketball in hand, asking if I am ready to play.
    Being a dad is good stuff. Hard work sometimes...but good stuff.

    And this is exactly why I had to start this journey, when my wife (who also doubled as my running partner) got pregnant I stopped running too and started eating more, it was only when I saw pictures of me holding my daughter at 6 months old did I realise how bad it had got.

    Now I'm not hot but I blew those 30 lbs away and am now working on the last few :)
