My challenge yesterday was starting the MAX portion of Insanity one week ahead of time and to run 6 miles--which I did, but I was too tired to talk about it. Now I've talked about it.
Today, I ate most of my calories by mid-afternoon and didn't crack later when I felt a strong compulsion to stress eat. <=This is a big accomplishment every time it happens. I did another Insanity MAX workout, and I didn't die--not even once! So, things are looking pretty good over here. :drinker:
