    I've got to take lil girl with me to drop off son & to let her play at the park. As soon as DH catches up with us after work, I'll be all set to run.

    I'm going to try the gym on the Tue, Thur schedule this week, since Wed was very busy last week. In Greece, shops run two schedules: (1) Mon, Wed and (2) Tue, Thur, Fri (and of course Sat is different, and Sun shops are mostly closed), so people's work hours (and therefore their free-time/workout time changes between these schedules). I've noticed the difference in car traffic when running, so we'll see if the same is true for the gym.

    My stomach has been a little upset, but I'm hoping it's nothing.

    Going out to do easy walk, woke up with shoulder hurting, probably from house work yesterday.

    I will take tylenol before my party at my house tonight.

    Had a great afternoon at the playground and a nice run. DH was freezing the whole time, but it just didn't seem that cold to lil girl, son, or me (I mean, it felt cold but not so cold to be complaining--it was great for running).


    Marla, have a great fun & cozy party. Hope you didn't overdo it and that your shoulder will feel better. :)

    Sorry I'm posting late...Today I burned 927 calories in 107 minutes worked out my chest and triceps and ran my normal 5k

    Tim, how is your shoulder feeling?

    Marla, party at your house sounds fun!

    I had a trainer workout tonight. Was supposed to be a total body workout but my right knee hurt so ended up doing mostly upper body. Going to go get on my foam roller now.

    Today got a work out in - yeah. Kettle bell 38 minutes 480 cal burn. Husband is going for surgery tomorrow. He has plan set out to work on rehab of his knee after his ACL surgery. Hope that we keep up the exercise after.
