Challenges with food choices

Food is my biggest struggle. I workout most days, but my food choices are crap. I am going to lead a 8 week food choices challenge, to help hold myself accountable...if there are others who would like to join, of course come on! The challenge is going to be super simple & low key: Each day check in with the best thing you ate, the worst & if you got in at least 30 minutes of exercise. We will also do weekly weigh ins on Friday. Simple enough, right? Lets get at it!
