    Yes! And the new house is right by a giant park and community center so we have been busy busy! Still waiting on wifi, its been brutal with no tv or internet. :sad: :laugh:

    hey guys,

    I just watched it. wow! although im disappointed that the series ended with more questions than answers. I hate waiting! :angry:

    I am having another bad week this week. I'll have no trouble staying within my calories because I have a stomach bug and cannot eat but unfortunately I can't workout either. Im hoping ill be ok by tomorrow.

    Can anyone give me simple instructions as to how to make a fitsbo?

    Oh Louise! That Sucks! I hate being sick, but I guess, Who doesn't?? LOL. Keep your spirits up, you will be well soon enough to get out there and do all those bad A** exercises!

    Walking dead episode was GREAT! I agree. That fact that we have to wait forever to see the next episode seriously BITES A BIG ONE!! Too many questions. Not enough answers. UGH.

    If you post a fitspo(put up the picture and what it would like it to say) and ask Mireygirl for help she is AMAZING!

    Ok, ill try to find time to do my fitspo this week. Today I learned that it is not a good idea to go running the day after a stomach bug. I managed to run for 3 minutes and then I had to run for a toilet! not fun!:sick:
    I did manage to get in a half hour walk though so I am slowly heading towards the cardio target. I have no strength done yet though.

    Hey all! Where has everyone been? It has been super quiet in here this week.........hearing crickets only......................chrip...................chrip...........................LOL. How has everyones week been going? Stilling to your goals?
    Staying within your calorie limits? Did you do the punishment exercises? As the last day approaches we need to review the goals we set in the beginning. Do you remember what your was? Let me know if you have achieved your goal. I will only be on for a very short bit in the morning as we have plans in the afternoon and evening, but I will be back online on Sunday.

    I know my goal was bodyfat related but I can't remember what my initial % was! I don't think I have lost any though :mad:

    Also, I have not done any strength training this week. I had no strength to do it but I have managed some cardio. Think I have over 200 minutes done and i will do more tomorrow. I hate being sick!

    Rest, Louise! I don't want you to injure yourself. As for strength training, anything extra I have after 90 minutes is yours. I've done two hours already and I can do 30 minutes more tomorrow, meaning as well as doing my goal, I can also give you an extra 60 minutes. If someone gives 30 minutes of their strength to you, you'll do it! :)

    Cardio-wise, I've definitely done my 260. Anything extra is yours to match your goal! :)

    Sorry I've not been on here a lot but I've been working and working out. I feel a lot better now, I've increased the intensity of my workout and I've kept up with them. I worked out with one of the trainers in the gym- I WAS SLAYED! She's incredibly strong! She made me do these abdominal leg raises and they killed me! Still, I pushed on. Not only that but then she made me do kettlebell swings, sprints, crunches, skip, slamball, clean and press and planks. She was like a machine. It felt good to work out near the intensity I'm used to.

    My stats for the moment:
    360/260 Cardio
    120/90 Strength Training
    7/??? Punishment (I don't know how many I was supposed to do but I call these "Abdominal Leg Raises". I've been doing these every day this week as it was coincidentally recommended by a gym trainer to do so)

    Glad to hear you are feeling better Dazz, it gives me hope that some day I will feel better too! My week so far has been: Monday I was so weak and dizzy all day that I fainted, Wednesday I was vomiting, and today I woke up feeling like I was coming down with a terrible cold. Ugh, I just want some energy. I went for an easy run today but it was mostly walking. I felt better after it but im still not right.

    Rest up! That's an order! Seriously, I had to rest up and now I feel LOADS better so I'm glad you guys told me to rest up repeatedly! You'll feel better once you rest up and give your body a chance to recover! :)

    Also, I can't remember what I said my goals were either! I'm pretty sure that I said I was 17st 10lb. I'm now 17st 3lb so I've lost quite a bit. I'm also an inch and a quarter thinner around my waist.

    wow! thats amazing!! I haven't lost any weight but ill take my measurements tomorrow so fingers crossed they have gone down!

    Shelley, did you hit the 100lbs bench press?

    I used Adobe Photoshop. I'm a Graphic Designer, however at the time of my fitspo months ago, I couldn't get my PC to load quick enough. However, I've done new things to my computer and now it's fast so I'm able to be creative again, hehe.

    I can help you if you like. Upload a photo on MFP that you like and I can save it and make one up for you. Same goes for everyone else here. They might be done on Sunday though but I'll try and get them in before then.

    I did hit my goal last week. I have done everything but the fit thingy. I hope to do it tomorrow. But I must tell you. My son in law is in the hospital. Not sure what is wrong. Some blockage is what they think. So if I do not get it completed I am sorry. I have watched the grandkids tonight. And they will be back tomorrow so my daughter can be with him. They are a little bored here. Not a kids home. So if the computer gives me to much problem tomorrow it will not get done. I will try my best though. Who knows, my grandson might be able to help! :)

    I hope he is ok Shelley! Family definitely comes first so don't worry about getting the challenge finished.

    I managed to get my cardio done and one of the punishments but I haven't done any strength training. Does anyone have 90 minutes extra??? or, since 30 minutes of my cardio was a cardio pilates workout which could be classed as strength, does anyone have 60 minutes of strength and 30 mins of cardio? Sorry, i am a bad Michonne!
