Here is a little comparison. I've let myself go in the picture on the right due to an injury but now I'm back on it.

Sometimes it's good to look back and appreciate where you were compared to where you are now. When you lose weight, get off medication and completely turn your health around. One thing I know is I will NEVER go back to who I used to be. This is probably my favorite before and after pic now.

Yep definitely the same person; facially, despite losing a lot of weight, she looks the same-just slimmer.
