I think I've put my before and after pics here before but a lot of progress since with muscles and toning so I'm going to upload again to be an inspo for others 😄
Weight before: 253 pounds or 115 kg
Current wight: 134 pounds or 61 kg
so total wight lost, 119 pounds or 54 kg
If I could do it, you can too!!! If you believe in yourself, you're already halfway there 😃💪💪
Oh Girl... You have changed like a pro. WOW WOW WOW..... how you kept motivated for the whole duration? and what was the total duration in which you transformed yourself??

My journey begun in 2015, then I was at my heaviest, 253 pounds, and I'd been trying to get pregnant for years with no luck, I went to the doctor and he told me to loose some weight... I lost 22 pounds and he put me on fertility drugs, which got me pregnant... in my pregnancy I got diabetes and the doctor told me I had to change my diet and I did change it some what so my diabetes got better and I had a healthy baby boy.. after my first born I continued to eat healthier and when he was 9 months old I got pregnant again but this time without any help, and that felt so good... during that pregnancy I ate similar as the last but this time around I got no diabetes and I had another healthy boy.. after my second son was born in februar of 2018 I decided to go all in my new lifestyle and make it better, because I wanted to be a healthy mom for my boys 💖
then I was 231 pounds
I cut out all white bread, pasta, rice, cakes and fat cheese.. only eat gluteinfree bread and a lot of vegetables and protein based food like chicken... I stayed under 1590 kcal a day and I started to lose over 2 pounds every week!! (but I allow myself about 150 kcal of chocolate every day)
I startet a gym membership as well, took my newborn with me an worked out for at least one hour almost every day.. running was very hard in the beginning but got better and easier with time.. its all about baby steps, deciding a mini goal to reach and then making it more difficult..
I liked my new lifestyle so much that I bought a treadmill and some gym equipment and put in my basement 😆 so I can get my wokout in whenever I want 💪
it took me 1,5 years to go from 231 to 134 pounds, where I am today but Ive been keeping the same weight for almost a year now, but just toning my body and building muscles slowly...

That's impressive! What's the weight difference, if you don't mind my asking?
It's a 55lb difference in the photos. My starting weight was 237 and I'm now at 162, so I've lost 75lbs; but I didn't take pictures until I had lost 20 lbs around 3 months in.
Several years worth of work, rebound and rededication. The key was never giving up and working with the tools and knowledge found here and elsewhere. I have about 30 more pounds to go but am at the lowest weight in 30 years (since I was a teenager). This community has helped so much.

Wow you are spectacular!
Great job, well done!
That’s awesome, what weight did you start at. How tall are you and what’s your weight?

Thanks for the positive comment
Cheers!

Wow great job, you look great!
Lost over 25lbs of pure body fat. Main goal now is to gain 10-15lbs of lean muscle!
