    My best motivational workout music on the phone is Motorhead, Rob Zombie, Slayer, Judas Priest, and Stormtroopers of Death for the most part. I also have a lot of old school punk like Black Flag, GBH, DRI, and others mixed in there as well. I used to go to shows all time when I was younger and I've seen a lot of great ones, here is a list of some notable ones.

    I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but metal has definitely been in my blood for a long time: Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse, Corrosion of Conformity, Death, Venom, Anthrax, Job for a Cowboy, Faith No More (including ALL Mike Patton projects), Tool, Napalm Death, Suicidal Tendencies, Austrian Death Machine, etc., etc.

    Vermillion is my fave Slipknot song to work out to, but generally I like NIN, Tool, and DIO to get me going.
