Low Cal Drinks

The girl who just signed up and has gained 30 lbs from drinking wants to ask about low-cal drinking. Sigh. Don't judge.
Preface: I've been in therapy for 6 months, my drinking is mostly and more so everyday less problematic. Thing is...I still like to plan for a night to drink here and there within my caloric range to lose. I've lost 6 lbs on my own already having mostly cut out alcohol, but want to find low cal options to fit into my new lifestyle.
Question: What are low calorie drinks you know of? (Please be calorically specific, if possible).
Thanks all.

At the end of the day, the active ingredient alcohol is essentially pure calories. You can light it on fire and watch it go from liquid to heat+gas in a snap.
So if you have drinks that use mixers, the only way to "low-calorize" them is to use low-calorie mixers. Rum is still rum, wine is still wine, etc.0 -
An ounce of vodka is about 150 calories I believe - so I usually order a vodka water and squeeze a couple of lime wedges in and I think it tastes good. Some people do the same with gin, which I would imagine is close to the same in calories. Or there are low-cal beers you can check out. I think a guinness is 120 cal per 12 oz. serving (not a pint - a pint is 18-20 oz). But the thing with alcohol to think about is not the unreasonable amount of calories per volume (although that is a concern), but also the way that it affects your metabolism. Not only are you drinking empty calories but it also slows down your weightloss - you can look up articles online on the subject. Just something to think about! But you can drink in moderation and still lose weight, you just probably won't be hitting that 2 lb per week losses, which is fine for some people who want to lose it slower and enjoy luxuries like drinking!0

Just for clarity, you have a non-problematic drinking issue that you're in therapy for and you want lower calorie drinks so it won't make you fat?
The lowest calorie alcohol with the highest alcohol content is unsweetened liquor (like plain vodka) mixed with diet soda or soda water. Like a vodka with club soda.0 -
MoreBean13: Precisely. Drinking is often the solution, not the problem. And, no longer mine. I did chose to preface because I disclosed (in my intro) that my weight gain was due to alcohol.
Thanks all! The link is super helpful.
ETA: And seeing how my gain was due to alcohol in the past, I want to fully inform myself for the future. Know your culprit, right?0
