Hi! How do we start a group? That might work better.
I went to the gym and was a little disappointed who crappy I was at yoga, I am recovering from a weird knee twist injury, and I am not a 100 % ...
The diet is going well , although I ate today and it was a fast day. I wasn't home with my juicer so I ate veggies.
Friday will be our next weigh in, we've got 4 more days to do some damage! GO US!

I've been looking for a support group to hold me accountable. I've been gaining and losing the same 10lbs since November. Each day I tell myself I will be good but then I just mess myself up. I am so frustrated. But anyway my starts are
HW: It was somewhere between 206-210.
LW: 149lbs (apparently I looked too skinny)
CW: 190
GW 165.
I turn 30 on March 2nd, so I've given myself a goal of losing 5 to 10lbs.
I am 5'110 -
