    Lots of mindless walking...I need to keep my pedometer on me, I always forget.

    And...I'm out : ( Planned so carefully for Saturday, exercised as much as I could, stayed below my calorie budget - the planning paid off. Unfortunately, did NOT plan for Sunday - too tired and should not hang out with my wine tasting set two days in a row.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Gotta be honest here too - NO (did not log the last few things I ate)
