Last night I made the Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna Rolls, which were a huge hit. I think I'll have leftovers for dinner. A little time consuming, but so worth the effort. Only 227 Calories per serving (1 roll).
Also made the Kalyn's Stuffed Cabbage Casserole. Delicious!
It's nice to have extra to take for lunch a couple of days.0 -
Last night I made chicken pot pie in a cast iron skillet - it was amazing! I've never made chicken pot pie before, not sure I've ever even eaten it! Eating the leftovers for lunch - winner winner chicken dinner!0

Oven-roasted chicken wings and steamed broccoli/cauliflower, probably jazzed up with lemon, pepper, and Parmesan.0

Seasoned sautéed fresh kale with a splash of olive oil and grilled shrimp over steamed 4 grain wild rice blend. Of course with a glass of vino :-)0

Cold roast beef 150g with all the fat trimmed off, sweet bistro salad leaves with grated carrot, cucumber, cheery tomatoes and chopped capsicum, Hellmans Lighter Than Light Mayo, and maybe a few small boiled new potatoes. Deeeelish!0

Last night I made ground lean turkey with whole wheat noodles with alfredo sauce. Loved it!0

Skinless salmon fillet with mange tout, 100g of new potatoes, sungold tomatoes with a teaspoon of philly light w/ black pepper and spring onion.
Followed by : weightwatchers strawberry cheesecake yoghurt, fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and maybe a cheeky meringue nest- they are only 57cals each0
