    So I slid down some stairs at work (I wouldn't call it falling lol) so I took it a little easy today. Aside from a bruise or two (including my ego lol) I'm just fine :)

    Sorry I was late but

    Feb. 3- 75 mins Treadmill intervals/recumbent bike


    I usually donot put my bowling as much calorie burn but one day I will wear my HRM and see how many calories I actually burn in 3 hours of bowling. I only put 1.5 hours in the sheet here.

    Yay I did it! I usually work out more than 20-30 minutes during the week, but thanks to the snowstorm here I couldn't get out to the gym today. Here's to hoping the roads are better by tomorrow!

    Didnt make the goal this week - I was just sick too many days from a cold.

    I managed to walk 4 days and go to Curves one day...150 mins. I will keep trying to "up" my game.
