Is doing circuit training daily a good idea?

I am doing insanity workout daily and supplementing a band workout circuit daily as I find insanity does not have enough effect especially on back, shoulders, biceps and forarms. I am using weights that are not heavy for me a 30 lb and 50 lb band. I do 3 sets of ten in a circuit. So far I feel good. Do you think I should vary the circuit or since it's a light circuit I can continue with it daily? The goal is overall endurance to the muscle not strength gain.

Thanks. I am starting to feel overtrained. I will vary the push and pull days. The insanity workout does a lot of lower body aerobics circuit. It does vary from day to day yet always lower body. So I assumed I could also do upper body in the same way. I am trying to do more cardio as my strength is not an issue. So even the upper body I try to do a circuit to creat a aerobic effect. I am trying to be consistent daily and not take days off ( except for 1 day a week per insanity). So I try not to go to failure so I can repeat the next day, also want to be injury free. Thank G-d so far so good. I saw a trainer a couple of months ago and he said if I did circuit multi joint movement I could do it everyday as I would not overtax the muscle daily. He's one trainer may be he is wrong? What do u think?
