I am so excited to have made it for 30 days. Only one more day and there is no way I am messing up tomorrow. Because of this challenge, I have stayed on track with calories on days that I felt unsure, I have exercised on days that I felt tired, and have proved to myself that I can do it!!

I loved this group but I have a feeling either both Sat and Sunday I will be going over on calories or close to it. Got a family baby shower to go to and well we all know Super Bowl Sunday calls for over the top eating....Perhaps maybe in March I can get back into this
That's February~~~all new month!! Don't forget you can always change your calorie intake for that day. Also, plan to workout a little extra for those calories!! It's all good!! :bigsmile:
I dunno if I can get a work out in the weekends are harder for me. But Sunday near 50 maybe Ill go for a walk outside haha I dont want to join and then leave 2 days later into the new challenge0 -
