I LOVE T25! I don't follow the plan they give you because I have my own fitness schedule and I need to mix it up or I get bored and don't do it, but a few times a week I throw it into the mix and its so much fun. I recommend it to ANYONE! Kicks my butt every time0

I just started T25, im on day 3. I LOVED the speed1.0 workout. I can easily see it becoming one of my fav. workouts. Cant wait for the results!0

I'm on week 5 and loving it! I'm seeing more inches lost than pounds, but that is fine with me. My clothes are fitting much better now so I'll take it! Add me if you want. I love the motivation and accountability.0
