Day #2 of getting at least 1000 calorie burn!! Not sore from yesterday's burn either.....it's been a GREAT DAY!! :drinker: Tomorrow is Zumba Class...get my groove on and burn a lot of good calories!! LOVE IT!!
I so want to take a Zumba class but don't have time! I need to convince hubby to let me retire so I can JUST run races AND go to ALL the fitness classes I want, lol Enjoy Zumba!

Did not shovel today - husband did it all. But this is the one day he and I can go to jazzercise together (and the Tuesday teacher always uses a song for which I hate the routine so I get to East coast swing with him)

Sorry all, it was another tough day physically I was able to push through yesterday but today I did not get the 20+ min of exercise in ugh... will see you next month..
