    I usually go to the gym and just walk on the treadmill, which isn't exactly rest...BUT if I have a lot to do on a rest day, I skip the gym. I shower at home and put on make-up and jeans!

    I rest, read, hang out with friends, go to beach, etc….I usually make saturday my 100% rest day ...

    Right, I run every day. My last "rest" day was in July.
