Need Low Carb Reccomendations from China Wok

Can yall help me out? China wok has a large menu but not much in the database here and no nutrition webpage. I know to stay away from sauces and breaded things. Thing is rather than asking the people at china wok if the dish comes with a sauce Id like to see what people say on here. Dishes with no sauces would be appreciated. For instance they have broccoli and chicken but im not sure whether or not it comes mixed with some type of sauce in it. Anyway if you can help let me know.
