    Parsnips. Just seeing them on a plate makes me shudder :sick:
    Try roasting them with some sweet potatoes; the flavors complement each other pretty well (and roasting turns down the parsnipiness a bit)
  • I can't stand celery. Its so bitter! I also am not a big fan of brussels sprouts. I don't like cottage cheese either. I am trying to overcome my dislike of fish. So far salmon was easy to overcome :)

    All bran cereal.. I never had it before i start my diet but i decided to buy it for the high fiber content. Then i regret it the second after i put it in my mouth lol

    based on flavor:
    not much.

    however, i have SERIOUS texture issues:
    cooked greens of any kind
    cooked peppers
    mushrooms of any kind
    quinoa. LOVE the flavor, but i hate the texture. just.. weird...
    fresh peaches, although canned is fine, but they have to be refrigerated
    tuna fish with celery or relish in it
    macaroni salad with the crunchies in
    potato salad with crunchies. (i know those last 2 are not health foods)
    squash of any kind
    eggplant
    fish baked in the oven. unless its fish sticks.


    and probably some more but my coffee hasnt kicked in yet. :)

    Celery is awful, so bitter, I also hate cottage cheese!

    It's dry and not worth the calories. Just a lot of carbs that aren't even comforting or filling.

    Read a few pages and nobody has mentioned cinnamon yet.. Maybe it's not real food but I still can't find a way to make it good myself.

    Love Quinoa...it is so versatile and peeled mini carrots are my go-to for sugar cravings.

    I HATE protein bars and shakes. They are disgusting. Pretty much any "Meal Replacement" item makes me want to toss it and grab a big greasy slice of pie

    Humus is also gag worthy and I refuse to eat it.

    Yogurt and cottage cheese! -No matter now much I try, I can't make myself like either. I've tried different flavors, different brands -No luck. I think it's a texture thing.

    I have recently fallen in love with avocados and cauliflower though. In fact, I am pretty much addicted to avocados now!

    Chia seeds. Nasty little black balls of chaff that get stuck in your teeth and taste like s**t.

    If you soak them they taste and smell like dirt.

    No, it does NOT taste like mashed potatoes.
    No, cauliflower pizza crust is not "just like the original."

    It tastes like cauliflower and smells like farts.

    celery is disgusting i can't scarf that down. i really hate dragonfruit as well, tastes bitter and just not pleasant. oh and mushrooms i will never be able to enjoy:sick:
