My name is Katie and I joined the site yesterday and I'm glad I found it. This is the first time I've ever kept a journal on my exercise and food consumption. I never really cared about my weight until I started putting on pounds, its not much but I can deffinately feel a difference. Even though I've only been excercising for a couple days I already feel better. I'm more awake and ready for the day ( I exercise in the morning) after I exercise. If you have any tips or pointers it would be great!

    Hi Katie!! MFP is a great site and I have become obsessed with logging my information. I joined a week ago and find it helps me to log my dinner prior to eating (when I know ahead of time what I am having..lol) just to get an idea of what I can have and how much and I make sure what I log is exactly what I eat. It has helped me tremendously!!
