    I try to eat eggs and turkey sausage and have coffee every morning with my wife. I love to eat breakfast with her and have a quick convo about how are day will be, etc. No offense to the ladies here, but she's the best woman on the planet. :)

    Dannon light and fit greek yogurt and stir in almonds/and or walnuts. Have it every day as my afternoon snack before working out.

    I eat peanut butter toast almost every morning, but if I don't, I usually eat some peanut butter at some point.

    A green smoothie and red wine every day. Greek yogurt, eggs, cheese, and dark chocolate almost every day.

    2 T ground flaxseed meal in my cereal

  • Greek yogurt with fruit, porridge for breakfast,
    lunch home made soup I make a batch for all week and freeze
    through the day I have 2 cups tea ,2 coffee ,1 green tea and 3cups water
  • -always greek yogurt with protein powder and a million things thrown on top
    -black coffee, 2-3
    -vitamins
    -protein bar


    I would have said chocolate as well but I can't at the moment because I ran out of my supply :(
