I agree that it is really frustrating. I am in a similar boat. I have completely changed my eating habits over the last three months. I am cutting down on carbs, eating more protein, and limiting myself to no more than 1600 calories a day. I work out with a personal trainer 2hours a week, I go to bootcamp classes 2hrs a week and do some cardio every day. I lost 10lbs in 3 months. I struggle every day to get under this 180lb plateau. I avoid cheat days at all costs, and try not to drink calories.

I have quit the scale and got a measuring tape. I may have only lost 10lbs but I have lost 16inches overall. Everyone I know may be getting pounds off but at least I dropped from a 12 jean to a size 6.

Take the little wins whenever you can. And never forget your MFPs are here for you. Feel free to add me and we can help each other along!
