    Banks....as a woman who probably would not heed the advice of my husband where an injury is concerned (particularly if it would mean taking me out of the gym!).....the best thing you CAN do is to choose a "quiet" time.....in which there are no other emotional things already being discussed, to tell her how her decisions to proceed onwards is affecting YOU. Have your say, unemotionally....get EVERY concern off of your chest. When you are done, you are done. You are not her father, and she is a big girl. More than likely (speaking from experience) she will learn the more difficult way, by re-injuring herself. The gym is a very powerful monster......bigger than even the scale :wink: I hope her road to recovery is a swift one :flowerforyou:
