What's the worst thing you ever ate regularly pre-mfp?

thos who have ice cream as a weakness, i feel for you, its never been one of mine though , same with cake, i know i cannot begin to count the number of times ive turned either one down, and had someone look me up and down and like "yah right"

brownies, home made cookies.. good chocolate... yeah i wont refuse them , but ice cream/ cake, never been my thing..
