Keep going! One week your body is thinking, working, reorganizing, etc. and the next week pounds might drop off. That is what happens to me anyway. Sometimes a week isn't enough, but over the course of a month you will see a difference.
I am just glad when I maintain instead of gaining weight, which I was doing before.

what is you weight loss goal? 1lb/week?
You said you expected 4lbs this week which means you were having 1000calories deficit every day. Am I right? If so - it is too much for your body. This 1200 calories limit is just not enough for many people, their "starvation zone" may be higher.0
