Thoughts on my workout?

I weigh a 101 kg and I go to the gym 6 days a week. Here are the workouts my gym instructor makes me do:
Warmup
10 minutes on a treadmill - 4 km per hour for 3 minutes then 5.5 km per hour for the remaining 7 minutes
10 minutes on a elliptical trainer - level 5
10 minutes on a cycle (without any measurements. it's just a cycle, no screens or anything)
10 minutes on a cycling machine - level 1 - keeping the rpm above 60 (I keep the rpm around 80)
3 sets of 10 crunches each with a 30 second break between each set
I'm trying to lose weight. He's also prepared a diet for me which I'm following. It's been a week since I've been going. He tells me that I have to lose around 15 kg and he'll introduce new exercises today. If I continue following the diet and going to the gym regularly, how much weight would you expect me to lose by the end of May?

Honestly depends how many calories you're burning and how much you eat.. end of May is 5 weeks from now so if you're eating consistently in a healthy calorie deficit could be anywhere from 2.5lbs (1kg) to 10lbs (roughly 4.5 kg I believe) safely.0

Okay so what happened today was - two hours before my workout at the gym I had 500 mL of beer (containing 150 kcal). I felt very tired during my workout. Wondering if this tiredness I felt is attributed to the fact that I had one beer. I don't usually feel tired while working out.
Also is the 150 kcal burnable just like any other food or will it add stomach fat no matter what?0
