    Totally agree!!

    While on vacay in Vegas this year, hubby and I ate at one of the places 'Man v Food' went to - Hash House a Go Go. Hubby ordered what Adam ate...holy crap...disgustingly wonderful gluttony. We ate at that restaurant twice, and it is no surprise we gained weight during the vacay. LOL

    DH loves it, I like it ok but it makes me want food I cant (shouldnt) have. I saw an interview with him where he said he works out a lot and really he only eats that much a couple days a week.. they dont film the show every day.

    I love the show!
    Back in my younger years when i was pounding the weights I know for a fact I could handle many of the challenges, except for the hot ones. I used to put away absurd amounts of food in one sitting.

    It's a hard show to watch. I have watched it over the past 2 years and I swear that he actually gained weight. He was on the morning radio show here weeks ago and they asked him why he doesn't just balloon up. He said that he has a ritual for eating the foods. He didn't say exactly what it is but that he does it. When he eats the other stuff on the show, he said he only eats 1 or 2 bites & that's all. He's very personable too.

    My brother turned me onto that show & now we watch it together. Sad, when I watch the challenges I think "pfffttt...I can do that, no problem!".

    At some point during the episode my brother will always say the same thing "this guy and Guy Fieri are both gonna die of heart attacks soon!". He says that about Guy because of his Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives show.

    I pass by this show occasionally. Not exactly my cup o tea. But it's interesting sometimes to see what kinds of horrendous food is out there!
