LOOKING TO GAIN SOME WEIGHT.. I JUST GAVE BIRTH TO A HEALTHY 8 POUND 22 INCH BABY GIRL AT THE BEGINNING OF MARCH.. I GAINED 37 POUNDS WHICH MADE ME 150 POUNDS.. I LOVED IT ! I HAVE BEEN SMALL MY WHOLE LIFE, AND I LOST ALL MY PREGNANCY WEIGHT A WEEK AFTER HAVING HER "SIGH" SO IM HERE CHALLENGING MYSELF TO GAIN PROPERLY. IM DETERMINED GAIN ABOUT 11 POUNDS BY SEPTEMBER. WISH ME LUCK

Welcome! I have never in my life said to anyone, "Good luck in your quest to GAIN weight", but I know someone that has the same problem, so I understand that it's just as hard for you to gain weight as it is for me to lose weight. I think that the key to gaining weight properly is doing it with lean proteins (just much larger than normal servings) and lots of weight training. There are actually groups within this group for people who need to gain weight, so you might want to check that out! Congratulations on your new baby, too!0
