one day three and a half yrs ago my car broke down, and i had to walk the half mile to where i worked- i weighed 32.5st at the time and i had to stop 6 times to get my breath, --- fast forward to now i weigh 19st and haven't driven my car for 3 months as i have been walking everywhere i need to go, i walk at least 25miles a week now, to work, to the gym and most importantly taking my grandkids for walks.......if you are having to loose a lot of weight it seems daunting, but stick with it because it is soooooo worth while.

For the first time in 12+ years someone ELSE took my picture and I didn’t feel my throat tighten with anxiety. My husband snapped a picture of me trying on what I consider a “NORMAL” size north face jacket. When he showed it to me, I almost cried because for the first time since I was in high school I didn’t feel DISGUSTING. Not to say that I like what I see, but it didn’t make my heart hurt like usual. I know I still have such a long way to go, but as of today I wear an XL in Northface!!! 💕💕💕
