Finding some discomforting NSVs, but I'll take them.
When doing floor exercises or sitting in hard chair, I can feel my bones and muscles in contact with hard surfaces... It's not a comfortable feeling, but I am sure I will get used to it again, forgot what it feels like to have less fat for cushioning
On the positive side, I looked in the mirror and saw my clavicle bones, haven't seen those in years! I'm so happy they've popped out to say hello again. It also looks like I have a neck again!

I hurt my knee a couple of weeks ago (turns out it's a torn ACL and shredded meniscus!) so didn't do any exercise of any kind the first week. But then I got itchy to exercise.
The NSV is that 5 years ago, when I started this process (this is my second big go-around after gaining back about half of what I lost), I would never have considered the idea of missing the ability to exercise. But now, even injured, I can find something I can do for exercise because I just can't NOT do at least something!

Yesterday, I could wrap my Moby wrap (baby carrier) all the way around my back and to my front to tie it instead of having to tie behind my back. I've lost 6 inches off my waist.
