    As a mom of 3 (first are 14 mos 2 days apart) and my youngest 16 mos, keeping up with the demands of pouring into your kids definitely can make eating healthy, getting fit and taking time for yourself difficult.

    You look fantastic. I lost 25 pounds and it really made a difference. Plus I started working out, which also changed my body.
